ORDERS & SHIPPING

PRODUCT'S AVAILABILITY

Delivery time can be different due to the availability of the product. If a product is not available delivery time can vary from 15 to 45 workdays. You can check the delivery time in the summary of your chart in the earliest step of the purchase.

In the chart's summary you can find one of these captations:

- AVAILABLE WITHIN 45 WORKDAYS


DELIVERY TIME

We process any order as soon as we recived the authorized payment notification. We work on the orders from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:30. Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting from the next Tuesday morning. Orders made during pubblic hollidays will be processed starting to the next available workday.

Delivey time can be different depending on the shipment's destination:

  • Italy: expected delivery time within 24-48 hours.
  • Europe: expected delivery time within 3-5 workdays.
  • USA, Canada, Japan: expected delivery time within 3-5 workdays.
  • Other Countries (Russia excluded): expected delivery time within 3-7 workdays.
  • RUSSIA: Custom Authority has recently established specific restrictions regarding importation. This means supplementary custom operations for all the shipments destined to private citizens with consequently delivery time's delay. For these reasons there is an extimated delivery time within 30 workdays.

Extimated delivery times up here refere to main cities areas. If your parcel doesn't arrive within the extimated period please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We recommend to give us valid address and phone number when you complete your order .


DELIVERY AREA

You can check the delivery area available on our website. If you need a shipment to a Country that is out of this list please mail your request to our Customer Service.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges depend on the amount of the chart, the parcel's size and the destination Country. Shipment is free only if you make an order of 99.€ or above that has to be delivered in Italy.


SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Extra UE shipments imply different custom duties depending on the fiscal regime of every single Country that even a courier can determine before the custom operations.

For this reason in accordance with fiscal laws custom duties are not included in the amount of the shopping chart. Italian VAT tax isn't applied if you are an extra UE resident.


INSURANCE

We grant insured shipments that assure customers financial protection against loss or damage of the parcel due to external factors. Insurance covers both national and international shipments.


UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If you don't receive your parcel within the extimated periods previously indicated please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. You can mail your request or call at +39 331 1402059.


ORDER'S TRACKING

Once your parcel leaves the store you will receive the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION mail with the tracking number you can use on DHL EXPRESS website to check your shipment until the delivery.

You have two options to track your parcel:

1. DHL website: traccia il tuo pacco cliccando su link , entra nella sezione "Ricerca Spedizioni DHL Express" ed inserisci il Numero identificativo ricevuto nella mail  open the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION mail, click the DHL EXPRESS link, visit the "Track DHL Express Shipment" area. and insert the tracking number.

2. Call our Customer Service at +39 331 1402059 and give to our operator your name and your order number.

NOTE: If you will be not available at the moment of the delivery the courier will leave a paper advice at the delivery place with all the informations that will allow you to go picking-up your parcel directly at the nearest DHL Acces Point.


DELIVERY

Please follow these simple advices in order to grant you a correct reception of your parcel.

Before you sign the delivery receipt we recommend to check the status of the parcel you are receiving from the courier. It must be correctly enveloped with our customized adhesive tape.

Every parcel we process is:

  • Carefully enveloped with specific packaging material
  • Sealed with our customized adhesive tape
  • insured for the value of the product(s)

If you notice any sort of tampering or our customized adhesive tape is broken we recommend to refuse the parcel and to refuse to sign the delivery receipt. If this circumstance occures please notice the problem to the courier and contact Ferro Gioielli immediately at assistenza@ferrogioielli.com

If the parcel and the product inside are totally or partially damaged or if you doesn't receive all the products of your order you have to save the packaging material in order to let Ferro Gioielli and the courier makefurther investigations.

You can make a claim to Ferro Gioielli about broken parcel, missing products or wrong delivery address within 10 days from the delivery notification we get from the courier website. Otherwise the claim would not be accepted.

When an order is successfully completed customers undertake a business relationship with Ferro Gioielli and have responsability about their parcels. If the parcel can't be delivered due to wrong informations given by the client or if the client decides to not receive its parcel without a resonable motivation he would have to cover shipping charges that will be deduced from the refound.


WARRANTY

Every product on Ferro Gioielli website is equipped with its original warranty placed inside its original box. We carefully check every product so when the warranty is activated you can count on Ferro Gioielli that will grant assistance during the TWO (2) Years of validity. We recommend to save the warranty because it is also the proof of your purchase. 

  • ISSUES COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Manufactoring and material defects are issues that allow you to take advantage of the TWO (2) YEARS warranty granted by Ferro Gioielli if you keep the original box and if you follow the recommendations written on the customer manual you received on the day of the purchase.

  • ISSUES OUT OF THE WARRANTY

- normal product's wear;

- alteration of size or original structure;

- uncorrect manteinance;

- theft or loss;

- oxidation;

- accidental breaks.

Customer must be aware that if you use aggressive cleaning products (i.e. chlorine, bleach or ammonia) when direclty not recommended in the usage manual you will ruin the product and the warranty will be no more valid.


GIFT WRAPPING

If your order is a gift make it special! We can use an elegant wrapping packaging with a ribbon and a customized greeting card. You can have this service for free just checking the option during the phase number 04 of the purchase process.
