All products visible and purchasable on our website are available for immediate delivery. If you are looking for a product not present on our site, you can request more information by writing an email to info@ferrogioielli.com.

Product Guarantees

All items offered and sold by Ferro Orologi e Gioielli are accompanied by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, which you will find inside the original packaging. Each item is checked and the international warranty for production defects is validated before being offered for sale. Ferro Orologi e Gioielli undertakes to act as an intermediary with authorized companies for all warranty issues, which are valid for TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase. The aforementioned warranty does not cover buyer claims against the retailer or any further claims the buyer may have against the retailer under the law. Please keep the product warranty or deliver it to the gift recipient as it serves as the original proof of purchase.


Defects Covered by the Warranty

Ferro Orologi e Gioielli guarantees the product contained in the original packaging against defects related to materials and manufacturing, under conditions of use in accordance with user manuals and technical specifications for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the original purchase date by the end buyer (“Warranty Period”).


Defects Excluded from the Warranty

– Normal wear and tear of the product;
– Alterations to the original size and structure;
– Improper maintenance of the product;
– Theft or loss;
– Oxidation;
– Accidental breakages.

Customers should be aware that products for cleaning (as well as aggressive chemical solvents, such as chlorine, bleach, or ammonia) not explicitly recommended will irreparably damage the products, invalidating the warranty.

If you are giving a gift, you can add a special touch to the purchased product! The exclusive packaging is an elegant gift packaging with a ribbon and a personalized greeting card at no additional cost. To receive the gift packaging, check “I would like the order in a gift package” in the purchase section.

If you wish, in case the space on the item you are purchasing allows it, we can also add an engraving at no additional cost, provided you communicate it in the order notes.

Shipping Times

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible once the payment is authorized, and items are available. Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday during the following hours: 9:00-19:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Tuesday morning. Finally, orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

– Italy: delivery is expected within 24-48 hours from shipment.
– Europe: delivery is expected within 3-5 business days.
– United States, Canada, Japan: delivery is expected within 3-5 business days.
– Rest of the world: delivery is expected within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country.
– RUSSIA: the customs authorities in this destination have recently imposed special restrictions on imports, and as a result, all shipments to private individuals are subject to extraordinary inspection procedures, resulting in a greater number of customs passages and extended delivery times. The goods are generally delivered within 30 days from the shipping date. The indicated times refer to shipments to major cities. Any delivery delays must be promptly communicated to our Customer Service. The customer is requested to provide a valid address for the delivery of the goods during delivery hours.

Delivery Locations

Shipments can only concern locations and nations provided on the site. For purchase requests from countries not listed at the time of purchase, please send an email to Customer Service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the purchase value, package size, and destination country. Shipping is free in Italy.

Transport Conditions

Shipments to countries outside the European Community are subject to customs duties, import duties, and local taxes according to the laws in force in the country of residence. There are two types of shipments for these countries: DDP (Customs duties paid) or DDU (Customs duties not paid). All shipments to non-CEE countries are currently DDU: the amount due by the customer at the time of checkout does not include duties and other taxes such as VAT. VAT does not apply to customers residing in non-EU countries.


Our shipments via Express courier are insured and offer our customers financial protection against all risks of loss or physical damage for any external cause. Therefore, we guarantee greater peace of mind when shipping our national and international packages.

Lost Package

If you do not receive the goods within a week of the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or call our number +39 331 1402059.

Order Tracking

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse, you will receive an email from the courier containing the DHL EXPRESS tracking link, which can be used to check the status of your order online. Remember that you can track the shipment right away. You have two ways to know where your package is: 1. Through the DHL website: track your package by clicking on the DHL EXPRESS link, enter the “DHL Express Shipments Search” section, and enter the Reference number received in the CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT email. 2. Calling the phone number +39 331 1402059 and providing your data and Order Reference. NB: If the courier cannot find you at home, they will leave a notice of passage through which you can independently reschedule a new delivery or pick up your package at the nearest DHL Access Point (cash on delivery is excluded from this option).

Order Delivery

Tips for checking and receiving packages. Upon the arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for successful delivery of the shipment. Our packages are carefully packed with our adhesive tape, placed around the package. All our shipments are: – Very well protected with bubble wrap/air cushion packaging – Closed with customized security tape and/or Anti-Tamper Seals. – Insured for the value of the purchased product. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign for receipt with a reservation or refuse delivery. In case the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Ferro Orologi e Gioielli at the email address assistenza@ferrogioielli.com. If the package and/or items inside are damaged, or if an item listed on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any complaints regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be sent to Ferro Orologi e Gioielli within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date indicated on the courier’s website; otherwise, it cannot be accepted. All customers placing an order establish a commercial relationship with Ferro Orologi e Gioielli and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
