For the first time, Rolex presents a watch with a bi-color graduated Cerachrom bezel in red and blue ceramic, offered in the Oystersteel model with a Jubilee bracelet.
The first of the new GMT-Master II models presented in 2018 is made of Oystersteel and features the five-link Jubilee bracelet. The timepiece displays a bidirectional rotating bezel with a 24-hour graduated Cerachrom insert in red and blue ceramic, a combination that recalls the original 1955 GMT-Master. For the first time, the GMT-Master II is available in a version that combines the Jubilee bracelet, Oystersteel, and a bi-color Cerachrom insert in red and blue ceramic.
The new caliber 3285, the quintessence of Rolex technology and at the forefront of watchmaking art, has been the subject of ten patents and offers enormous advantages in terms of precision, autonomy, shock and magnetic field resistance, user comfort, and reliability. It includes the Chronergy escapement patented by Rolex, which simultaneously guarantees high energy efficiency and extreme operational safety. Made from a nickel-phosphorus alloy, it is also insensitive to magnetic fields.
