Delivery and Shipping
Express shipping is free in Italy for all orders placed on our website.
For abroad, the shipping fee is calculated during purchase and shown at checkout.
Delivery times should be considered purely indicative and are counted from the receipt of the shipping confirmation of the order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the purchase confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
- Italy: 2-4 working days
- Europe: 5-7 working days
- International: 7-15 working days
Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Tuesday morning. Orders placed on holidays will be handled on the next working day. In case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated from the date the full amount is credited to the bank account.
