The hand made production Ferro Design starts above all from the awareness of the people to whom it will be dedicated. Often, the production of jewelry and rings is aimed at women, but what kind of woman?
Fabrizio often focuses on the contemporary woman, always on the move and with a thousand things to do every day, but who does not want to give up her femininity.
Especially in this historical moment, where living conditions and available time are evolving in favor of a woman who is increasingly out of the house, it is important that anyone wearing a Ferro Design jewel always feels in harmony with herself, even in the frenzy of daily life.
Creation and materials
Creating a jewel requires time, patience, and a considerable creative spirit.
The collections are often created hand in hand with Gianluca Ferro. The first jewelry prototype is handmade in the Ferro Gioielli workshop, carefully selecting the batches of stones to be used.
These are chosen one by one, selected for color, cut, clarity, and weight.
Small, precious collections
From the first prototype, some wax models are then made to be kept for future creations. Usually, small collections are produced, for which it is important to create these wax models to use later.
Then the castings are made, which, once ready, are finished with files, saws, sandpaper, and brushes. The jewelry creation process is the same as we discussed in this post, made with care and delicacy.
In short: attention to detail combines with skilled craftsmanship and the careful selection of raw materials of the highest value. Every Ferro Design jewel is designed and produced with love and passion.
