This unusual chronograph is designed for regattas. The 15-minute counter at 3 o'clock is divided into three sectors of five minutes each, and the colors correspond to the colors of the flags used during the regatta. When the chronograph is started with the first press, this auxiliary dial allows the boat crew to know exactly how much time remains before the start of the regatta. Interestingly, the hand advances in 30-second increments for a more precise reading.
