It’s official: we are ready to restart in a big way. Ferro Gioielli is ready to welcome you back to the store at via Matteotti 41 in Este, in complete safety.
We have adopted all hygiene and safety measures that will allow us to welcome you in the store without risks to your health or ours.
What we will do
Sanitization
We will sanitize every surface in the store multiple times a day. Cleaning and sanitizing will be our mantra.
Staff monitoring
All our staff will be monitored daily, with temperature checks twice a day, every time they enter the store. Our staff will only be allowed to access the store with a temperature below 37°C and no symptoms.
Personal protective equipment
Ferro Gioielli staff will wear masks and disposable gloves. Additionally, for customers who do not have them, we will provide disposable gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer gel. Again, meticulous attention to cleanliness will be our must.
Controlled access and appointments
Store access will still be controlled and limited. Only one customer at a time will be allowed in, ensuring a safety distance of at least 2 meters between the customer and the staff member assisting them.
All our customers will be able to book an appointment via the Facebook form, to ensure they do not have to wait their turn and to be alone in the store.
Booking your appointment will be a crucial step to have priority access and to receive a consultation from our staff in complete safety. A great opportunity to return to the store, confident and perfectly safe.
