We can read it by turning the watch as it is printed on the case back: 3 atm (water resistant to 30 meters) allows us to wash our hands safely; 5 atm (water resistant to 50 meters) allows us to swim; 10 atm (water resistant to 100 meters) allows us to dive and submerge. All this naturally after having performed the water resistance test with a positive result. In any case, when taking a shower, the watch should always be removed, even if it is a professional diver’s watch, because there is a temperature change caused by the water and the seals might not hold properly.
