How to Make a Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product, as governed and provided by the Consumer Code. There are no charges for the customer, except for the shipping costs to return the goods. Ferro Orologi e Gioielli is committed to refunding the amount paid by the customer for the purchase, subject to verification of the condition of the goods, which must be returned intact in its original packaging with all related documents. The integrity of the item is an essential condition to exercise the right of withdrawal and obtain a refund. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and the refund will not be processed.


For the return procedure, send an email to specifying the return request, the order number, and attaching a copy of the invoice received at the time of purchase. Once the procedure is accepted, you can send the return to our address via courier.

Customized product orders are not eligible for changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

Prepare the package and pack the items
– Place the product in the box along with the provided warranty.
– Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached; otherwise, we won’t be able to accept your return and process the refund.
– Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation. If possible, use the original packaging.
– Send the package to this postal address: Ferro Orologi e Gioielli, Piazza Maggiore, 23 – 35042 Este, Padova, Italy.


Return delivery
– If you chose to deliver the return to a DHL/UPS/BRT etc. collection point, go to the branch most convenient for you.
– If you selected home pick-up, the courier will pick up your return at the address and on the date you specified in the online return procedure.

If you don’t like the item or the ordered size is incorrect, don’t worry. Return the item easily and free of charge and proceed immediately with a new order.

Receiving a Refund

For purchases with PayPal, Credit Card, and Apple Pay
The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the moment you send the package. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund. The amount of the returned items will be credited to the PayPal, Credit Card, or Apple Pay account used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery purchases
Important: Always follow the online return procedure to ensure that your return and refund are processed more quickly.

After receiving and verifying your return, we will process the refund. The process may take up to 10 working days from the moment you send the package. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund. You can choose from the following refund methods:


Bank transfer
1. Name and Surname of the account holder: it can be in your name or in the name of another trusted person. To ensure the success of the transaction, it is crucial to specify the name of the reference account holder.
2. IBAN: a 27-character code. An Italian IBAN always starts with the letters IT, followed by two control numbers, and then again a letter (CIN code).
3. BIC/SWIFT: an 8-character bank identification code, which can be followed by another three characters identifying the specific branch of the reference bank. With these three pieces of information, we have all the necessary details to complete the transaction. If the data is incorrect, the refund may be delayed due to additional checks.
4. How to find IBAN and BIC/SWIFT – on your online personal page of your bank – on the documents that the bank has provided you – by contacting your branch directly

Once your return is received, we will credit the corresponding amount for the returned items to your account, which you can use for future purchases.

If the product is damaged or defective
If an item received by you is defective or damaged, you can proceed with a complaint. You can contact us by phone or send us an email with a brief description of how the defect or damage occurred. After receiving the information, we will process your request with priority and as quickly as possible.
